The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas come with a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for normal residential use, starting from the date you receive your product.

Please note:

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or natural weather conditions.
• Regular maintenance, such as tightening bands, cleaning, or staining, is not included (see your sauna assembly manual for details).
• Misuse or negligence voids the warranty.
• The warranty covers parts only; service or labor costs are not included.
