Luraco FREE Manufacturer’s Warranty

Luraco is the only massage chair manufacturer that we carry that includes a warranty for commercial use in addition to their residential warranty. Take a look at the information below to see what is offered with both.

For Home Use: Luraco includes a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers parts and labor with in-home service for the first 3 years at no cost to you. All 5 years of the warranty cover the frame against manufacturers defects in material or workmanship. Should any warranty issues arise please call us at 888-637-7901 and we will be glad to help you further.

For Commercial Use: This chair includes a 2-year manufacturers warranty for commercial use. The first 6 months includes both parts and labor at no cost to you. Cost of parts is covered at no cost to you for the first year. The structural framework of the massage chair is covered for the entire 2 years of the warranty.

What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation alterations, or modifications of original condition, or unauthorized repairs
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances, and power surges
  • This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred
  • This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear including leather or fabric covering.
  • The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally, accidental or neglect: including but not limited to stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility, or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of this product. Implied Warranty
  • Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this warranty for home use and 6-month portion of this warranty for commercial use. With regard to the structural frame, it is limited to the duration of the 5-year portion of this warranty for home use and 2-year portion of this warranty for commercial use.
  • In no case will LURACO be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
  • LURACO shall not be liable for any personal injury, property, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation or alteration of this product.

My wife is about 5'2 and I'm almost 6'...this smaller chair is a perfect fit for both because of the built-in spring-loaded leg extenders...it was an excellent anniversary gift for her because she's on her feet just about all day.

Best shape, size, and multiple functions, easy to figure out the functions. I got a massage for two hours and still didn't want to get up! It was much better than I thought! This is the best massage chair at this price! Hopefully, it will work for a few years. I highly suggest it to everyone!

The best thing I’ve ever done in my life got this massage chair! I have a very stressful job sitting hours behind the monitor and this massage chair is incredible! It was delivered today with a few days' delay but it’s fine since I got delivery updates. Almost fully assembled!
